Desiccant Masterbatch

Desiccant masterbatch, also known as defoamer/water-absorbing masterbatch, is a new type of moisture-absorbing masterbatch suitable for the production of recycled plastic products. By directly adding the defoaming masterbatch to recycled plastic raw materials, no drying process is required, significantly reducing production costs and saving labor. This solves a series of problems caused by bubbles on the product surface, such as bubbles, cloudiness, cracks, and spots.

Addressing the issue of air bubbles caused by residual moisture and oil in recycled materials enhances the utilization value of recycled plastics and improves the quality of finished products.
